Project Bench
is a new mixed-use development designed to celebrate the Niagara
Benchlands experience and create a new anchor destination in the
heart of the community. The project will feature a
design-forward boutique hotel and spa, prestige waterfront
condominium residences, and a destination restaurant offering
farm-to-table dining with panoramic views of Lake Ontario.
Project Bench will celebrate the Bench’s rich offerings in food,
wine, art, culture, and recreation. The project will feature
curated dining experiences that showcase local cuisine and
award-winning Niagara wines, while art installations and
cultural events will celebrate the area’s creative spirit
year-round. Outdoor recreation will connect residents and
visitors to the natural beauty of the waterfront and the region,
